Terms and Conditions – WarmRush SA

1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or purchasing from warmrush.co.za, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
2. Age Restriction You must be 18 years of age or older to purchase from WarmRush SA. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We reserve the right to cancel any order where age verification cannot be confirmed.
3. Products All products are described as accurately as possible. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing errors at any time. Product images are for illustrative purposes and may vary slightly from the actual product.
4. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Payment must be received in full before orders are dispatched.
5. Orders & Fulfilment Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. WarmRush SA reserves the right to accept or decline any order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted and again when it is dispatched.
6. Shipping Orders are shipped within South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. WarmRush SA is not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA) 68 of 2008.
8. Privacy Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) 4 of 2013.
9. Discretion & Packaging WarmRush SA ships all orders in plain, discreet packaging with no indication of the contents on the outside.
10. Intellectual Property All content on this website is owned by WarmRush SA. Unauthorised reproduction or use is prohibited.
11. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by South African law, WarmRush SA shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this website or products purchased.
12. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts.
