Shipping Policy

Processing time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Domestic shipping (South Africa) We ship to all major cities and towns across South Africa. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

International shipping We ship to 29 countries worldwide. International delivery times vary by destination, typically 7–21 business days. Import duties and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Order tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your delivery status.

Delays While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to courier or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we'll investigate on your behalf.

Lost or undelivered orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@warmrush.co.za and we will work with the courier to resolve the issue.
