1. Delivery Areas We currently ship to all major cities and towns within South Africa. We do not ship internationally at this time.
2. Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeframes
- Major cities (Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, Pretoria): 2–3 business days
- Regional & outlying areas: 3–5 business days
- Remote areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays or circumstances beyond our control.
4. Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size. Free shipping may be offered on qualifying orders — check our website for current promotions.
5. Discreet Packaging All WarmRush SA orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. There is no indication of the sender or contents on the outside of the parcel, ensuring complete privacy for our customers.
6. Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status with our courier partner.
7. Failed Deliveries If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier will make contact to arrange re-delivery. WarmRush SA is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
8. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at kwatamisha@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue promptly.
