WarmRush SA – Return & Refund Policy
At WarmRush SA, your satisfaction and confidence in your purchase matter to us. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns Due to the personal and intimate nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene reasons. Unopened items in their original, sealed packaging may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged or Defective Items If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Support@warmrush.co.za with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
Refund Process Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
How to Request a Return Email us at support@warmrush.co.za with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 1–2 business days.
This policy complies with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), which grants consumers certain rights regarding returns and refunds.
